Istanbul's one of the most crowded districts and dating back to the Ottomans, Uskudar is a unique location which is advanced in education, economy and health. This is where different civilizations and religions meet. Today also, several educational institutions of Istanbul are located in Uskudar.

Now, a new educational institution has been added to Uskudar district by Gulman Group. Situated on a 15,000 square-meter area, the complex that includes educational and activity units has been serving as Uskudar Universitesi Market Campus since 2003.
