The land with a positive Environmental Impact Studies (EIA) report and a shipyard certificate approved by the city council, is in a sheltered location in the Gallipoli district of Çanakkale, protected from the north and south winds.

The total area of the land is 113,864.1 m2 of which 72,310.1 m2 have a title deed registry. The rest, a plot of 41,554 m2, is located by the sea.

The land is available for the construction of an indoor area of 18.258 m2, an administrative building of 600 m2, and a social facility of 310 m2.
